About Our Guest – Cherron Inko-Tariah MBE

Cherron is an expert in staff networks, leadership, and workplace inclusion. After serving in various leadership roles across Whitehall, she transitioned to coaching and consulting, providing ERGs with the tools to thrive. In 2015, she authored The Incredible Power of Staff Networks and later launched the National Day for Staff Networks in 2017. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and is a recognized leader in the DEI space.
