Episode 1: Breeders of Future Leaders | ERG PowerTalk Podcast

Episode 1: Breeders of Future Leaders

86% of all the participants in a 2014 Deloitte University Press survey of global organizations said ensuring that they have leaders at all levels of the organization was their number one business issue. Unfortunately, despite spending over $14 billion in developing those leaders, 92% of the participants in the study didn’t believe they were getting the results they wanted.

According to my guest in episode 1 of ERG PowerTalk, Kinneil Coltman, VP and Chief Diversity Officer at Atrium Health, the better solution for addressing this critical issue is found in employee networks. Check out this inspiring discussion and be on the lookout for our upcoming episode on “Running ERGs as Development Incubators for Future Managers and Leaders,” where we will take a deeper dive into this topic.
