We’ve all heard that old acronym for TEAM that states “Together Everyone Achieves More!” Yet, there are some employee network leaders and members that may hesitate to partner with other network groups and/or components of their organization and/or community.
In this program, we will talk about the benefits of partnering, when to partner, and when you need to go it with a smaller group comprised of people that share a common affinity with you. You’ll find that there are many good reasons for partnering with others who may not share all aspects of your groups aims to achieve certain outcomes, while there are equally good reasons for maintaining a smaller intact group that focuses on those issues that are of importance primarily to those in your group that share a specific aspect of your social identity.
The bottom line here is that having your own employee network say for Women, Black, Latino, Asian and Pacific Islander, LGBTQ, Veterans, Etc is good for the pursuit of some challenges/opportunities, while other efforts require a more intersectional partnership approach.
I invite you to join my guest Peggy Harris, Doctor Benjamin F. Simmons, Cheryl Kern and myself for an in-depth look at the power of forming employee network partnerships.
