Than join us as a participating audience member in a live recording of the ERG PowerTalk podcast on how to keep your momentum!
In light of all the in-person resource group and DEI program, meeting and summit cancellations, we are opening to the public an upcoming ERG PowerTalk program recording session where our panel will be talking about “how to run your ERG events remotely and why physical distance does not mean canceling all your group meetings for the foreseeable future.” As an audience member, you will have the opportunity to feed questions to our host for the panelist and you will also participate in a virtual small group discussion on how to enhance your current strategies.
This will be a great opportunity to virtually connect with resource group managers, chairs, etc from different organizations, and learn about what they are doing during these challenging times to keep their groups supportive and connected. Here are just a few of the benefits you will get out of attending:
- An arsenal of ideas that will enable you to go beyond just having “dry” conference calls and/or hum-drum on-line slide presentations
- An opportunity to expand your network’s resources beyond the confines of your organization in a more sustainable way than what you often get out of those rare in person convention meetings
- An opportunity to shape the ERG PowerTalk podcast discussion and have panelist answer questions that are of the most interest to you and your company
- An opportunity to be part of a small group discussion with your peers and one of our panelists
The cost for sitting in on this program and participating is zero, but we will have limited space on our Zoom platform, so please let us know right away if you and others in your organization plan to attend. Just email the program host, Joe at joe@joesantana.com. (Or message him through one of his social media channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
The program date is not set yet, but it will be only one hour and will run between 1 and 2 pm ET. Once you are on our list, we will update you on panelist, dates and sign-in credentials. It’s all first come, first serve so contact us today to attend!
